Matt Swaine brings a lifetime of local knowledge, community commitment, and public service to his career in real estate. A lifelong resident of North Central Massachusetts, Matt has lived in Leominster for all but six years of his life, when he resided in neighboring Westminster. His roots in the region run especially deep—his family’s history in North Central Massachusetts can be traced back to the late 1660s, when the area was part of the town then known as Lancaster on the Nashua.
Before entering real estate, Matt dedicated his career to serving the community as a Leominster Police Officer, retiring at the rank of Sergeant. Public service is also a family tradition, as Matt is the son of a retired Leominster Police Lieutenant. That background instilled in him the values of integrity, responsibility, communication, and service to others—qualities he now brings to every client and transaction.
